Purpose, Scope, Philosophy
The purpose of Lily Pond Child Development Centers is to provide
an inclusive, comprehensive child development program for
children from six weeks to twelve years old, ensuring quality,
innovative educational programs, extremely satisfied customers
and fulfilled staff.
Our staff will provide developmentally appropriate
curriculum experiences and activities. Classrooms will be
staffed by early childhood educators and trained
paraprofessionals. The program will provide additional
family support through parent workshops, educational programs
and individual consultations as needed.
Staff and administration will provide a program that:
is a healthy, safe and respectful
environment for children;
promotes cognitive, emotional and
maximizes the independence and enhances
the function and potential of young children;
provides individualized, quality services
to children and their families;
provides a family-centered program to
ensure that each family's priorities, concerns and cultures
are addressed and incorporated into their child's daily

each child's overall development is enhanced and enriched;

HOURS OF OPERATION
Lily Pond Child Development Centers operate year-round,
Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m. (varies per
site) to 6:00 p.m. The program is closed on some holidays.
